Shipping

We ship twice a week via UPS/DHL courriers depending on the destination country. All items are shipped from Madrid with a tracking number and require a signature on delivery.
Shipping usually takes 7-8 days for European orders. ​
Your order will be shipped in a flat parcel, however, A2 prints will be shipped in a rolled tube. The A2 tube measures 625mm x 76mm x 2.5mm​

Returns

We do not accept returns unless the item you purchased arrived damaged or faulty.​
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at info@artandcaffeine.com with the order number and photos of the damage, and we will do our best to sort it out.
We cannot accomodate exchanges at this time as the items are at risk to of being damaged on the way back to us.

Status of order

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
 
If you haven’t received your order within a month of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@artandcaffeine.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you or alternatively, you can use our contact form

Shipping rate on Large Artworks

For all EU and international customers, we offer a €100 flat rate. You should receive your order within 14-30 business days.

Info for International Customers

Please note that currently, shipping is only available to EU countries.
 
Your order may also be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Art & Caffeine is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

If an item is unclaimed and returned to us, we will be in touch regarding shipping it again, however the recipient might be charged a new shipping fee depending on circumstances.
